The courier drops it off
The courier or in-house mail staff places the parcel in a free compartment and assigns it to the recipient.

The recipient is notified
They receive the compartment number and their opening credential by email or SMS.

They open it with a QR code
They scan the QR code on the locker's header with their phone and the compartment opens. The pickup is logged instantly.

All variants share the same outer dimensions (800 × 500 × 1830 mm), so they can be freely combined in one installation. One unit is one-eighth of the cabinet's interior height.

What happens if there's no mobile signal or internet?
The locker communicates over the local network. During installation we check coverage on site and recommend a wired connection if needed.
Which courier companies does it work with?
Any courier or in-house mail staff you grant access to can use the compartments. Direct system integration with courier companies is agreed individually.
Which shelf layout should I choose?
If you mostly receive envelopes and small online orders, the A16 is best. For mixed traffic we recommend the A9, A8 or A8/2, and for large boxes, workwear and equipment the A6 or A4. Because the outer dimensions are identical, variants can also be installed side by side. We'll make a recommendation based on your volume during the assessment.
How much space and what connections are needed for installation?
One unit takes up a floor area of 800 × 500 mm. A 230 V socket and a network connection are required. Exact requirements are recorded during the on-site assessment.
Can it also be used to issue workwear or equipment?
Yes. Anything that fits can go into the compartments, and the system logs the handover just like it does for parcels.
How is personal data handled?
We store only the data needed for the handover, in line with GDPR. We provide the privacy notice before the contract is signed.
