NETBOX® KEY is the little sibling of our parcel locker: a wall-mounted key cabinet where every key gets its own compartment. It opens by QR code, every handover uses an individual permission, and every drop-off and pickup is logged.

The starting point
Handing over a key is a small thing, until someone waits half an hour for it.

The customer wants to bring the car at seven in the morning, the guest arrives at midnight, a colleague leaves at the weekend. Someone has to be there.

Drop off the key
The customer, guest or employee scans the QR code and places the key in the assigned compartment.

The recipient is notified
They receive the compartment number and a personal, single-use permission by email or SMS.

Pick up with a QR code
They open the compartment with their phone and take the key. The system records who took which key and when.

What happens if a customer loses the code?
The operator can send a new permission from the dashboard or, if necessary, open the compartment remotely. The old code becomes invalid immediately.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes, in a covered place protected from rain, for example under a canopy or in an entrance recess. Fully outdoor versions are agreed individually.
Can several keys fit in one compartment?
Yes, a bunch of keys or a remote car key with its key ring fits comfortably. Units with larger compartments can also be designed.
How secure is it?
Powder-coated steel cabinet, an individual and expiring permission for every handover, and a complete log. The operator is notified if a door is left open.
Can it be connected to our workshop software or booking system?
Key handover can be connected to workshop software, accommodation booking or fleet management systems. Integration options are discussed during the assessment.
